Maximizing Assessment Practice for Children with Hearing Loss

This workshop is specifically for professionals working with children who are deaf and hard of hearing who have some working knowledge of hearing loss, hearing aids, cochlear implants and eligibility assessments for determining accommodations and modifications for students with hearing loss in a variety of clinical and educational settings. The workshop will focus on assessment of children from infant through school age.  Videos, case studies, and application activities will provide the learner with tools for formal and informal assessment of children with hearing loss.
