As the professions of audiology and speech-pathology grow and advance, ethical challenges change. Changes and challenges are a result of technology, privacy of patient health information, patient-family education, evidence-based practice and other aspects our professions. This 2-hour course will cover ethical issues and rules based on the Code of Ethics from the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
