This educational program gives clinical health care teams working in a cardiology or cardiothoracic setting updated information for providing evidence-based care to the pediatric patient with congenital heart defects.

Overall objectives:
  • Describe current diagnostic and treatment options for congenital heart disease.
  • Explain current issues related to pediatric cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, including transition from pediatric to adult.
